Refund Policy

By using this website (MotoFlasher.com) or software MotoFlasher you agree to this refund policy.

Effective Date: 03 August 2025 – supersedes all prior versions

1. Purpose

MotoFlasher is distributed as a non-returnable, non-transferable, digital product. Because the software delivers immediate access to intellectual property and irreversible server-side resources, refunds are granted only in the narrow, exceptional circumstances defined below.

2. Absolute Refund Cut-Off

Condition	Requirement
Request window	Submit a written request within 24 hours of the original transaction timestamp (no extensions, weekends and holidays included).
Account state	The license must remain completely unused. Opening, launching, installing, activating, or connecting the software to any ECU voids refund eligibility.
Duplicate purchase	If you accidentally paid twice for the exact same license tier in the same checkout session, the later transaction may be refunded (minus fees) provided the earlier license remains unused.

Any request falling outside the table above is automatically denied.

3. Disqualifying Events (No Exceptions)

A single occurrence of any of the following terminates refund rights permanently:

Launching the application (even without connecting to a motorcycle).
Activating the license key online or offline.
Performing Identify, Read, Write, or Verify operations.
Generating or redeeming tokens, credits, or discounts linked to the purchase.
Attempting charge-backs, PayPal disputes, or other forced reversals before completing the MotoFlasher review process.

4. Verification & Audit

Automatic Telemetry MotoFlasher logs activation events, ECU serials, token usage, and checksum data in real time.
Mandatory Cooperation You must supply any requested log files or screenshots within 48 hours of our email. Failure to cooperate equals ineligible.
Final Decision Our internal telemetry is binding; screenshots or statements from third-party tools are not accepted as evidence.

5. Administrative Fees

Processing fee Approved refunds incur a 25 € administrative fee (or 10 % of the transaction total, whichever is greater).
Gateway fee Irreversible payment-processor fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are deducted from the refundable amount.
Currency differences MotoFlasher is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or bank surcharges.

6. How to Request

Email info@old.motoflasher.com from the address used at purchase within 24 hours.
Include: order ID, purchase timestamp, unused license key, and a sworn statement that no disqualifying event occurred.
Wait for a confirmation ticket; additional information may be required.
Allow up to 14 business days for investigation and response. Silence or impatience does not constitute approval.

7. Amendments

MotoFlasher may modify this policy without notice. Updated terms apply to all purchases made on or after the new effective date. Continued use of the software after a revision signals acceptance of the new terms.

By completing a MotoFlasher purchase you explicitly waive any right to a refund except as clearly permitted above, acknowledge that digital goods are inherently non-returnable, and accept that our internal telemetry data is authoritative for all refund determinations.
